We would like to introduce a case study of the primary and secondary seismic diagnosis program for RC/SRC structures, "DOC-RC/SRC." At Kanebako Structural Design Office, they are not only satisfying the required seismic performance but also pursuing the potential for seismic retrofitting that adds further value to the buildings through reinforcement design. In recent years, the number of seismic diagnosis and retrofitting projects has increased, reaching 10% of their overall business, and they were considering purchasing a seismic retrofitting and diagnosis program. The decisive factor for adopting DOC-RC/SRC was its high operability. Since it inherits the input from the structural calculation program "BUS-5," which is a consistent structural system, it is easy to operate and allows for CAD-like input. The output results are presented in full color, neatly organized with chapters and page breaks, making them easy to read and verify. Additionally, the ability to directly input indicators of ductility and strength based on the situation provided significant flexibility, which was a major factor in the adoption decision.
